The wine has an ethereal texture and a lingering finish with a great balance between fruity acidity and fruit/alcohol sweetness. High energy Chardonnay with subtle power.

2010 Foxes Island Sauvignon Blanc

Flavorsome wine with strong mineral, wet stone, lemon/citrus and aromatic grassy characters plus a subtle nutty lees influence. Bone dry Sauvignon Blanc with character and class. Very impressive.
