The 24th vintage of Foxes Island Chardonnay represents a generation of care, commitment and refinement by founder and winemaker, John Belsham.
Hand-picked grapes were gently pressed and vinified by indigenous yeast in large French oak barrels. After bottling, the wine was aged in the cellar to allow layers of complexity to develop.
Vibrant floral aromatics lead to flavours of sun ripe apricot, butterscotch, chalk, white pepper and warm, toasty brioche that are textural, energetic and delicious.
The precise structure and perfect balance will allow the wine to continue to develop for years to come.
