If you love cheese and appreciate fine craftsmanship, then a Laguiole cheese knife is a must.
The first Laguiole knife was made by a farmer in 1829 in the small village of Laguiole in the centre of France.
Laguiole is not a brand name however it is regional name, similar to that of Burgundy and Bordeaux.
Our knives are sourced from one of the best knife manufacturers in the region, Coutellerie Jean Néron. Each handle is marked with the trademark 'bee' and has stainless steel bolsters and five rivet construction for extra durability.
Blades are made of a high grade stainless steel, stamped, polished and micro-serrated to give a sharp cutting edge.
