We are pleased to present the 23rd vintage of Foxes Island Chardonnay 2015.

The 2015 vintage had cold, rainy conditions during flowering which ultimately yielded a much smaller vintage than normal. Only 48 cases were made.

Never one to be rushed, the Chardonnay took 10 months in large French oak barrels to complete the natural fermentation.

Tasting Note:  Beautifully energetic with a sublime elegance and structure.  Ample layers of toasty brioche and white peach with a hint of butterscotch, fine chalk and white pepper are finely supported by a bright acidity and long finish. A true classic, the wine will age for several years.
