Winemaker:
John Belsham
Winemaking:
Harvested at an average of 24° Brix the fruit was chilled, de-stemmed, pressed, settled, and subsequently fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures over 21 days. Following ageing on light lees for 3 months the wine was racked, settled and bottled under strictly anaerobic conditions in order to retain its freshness.

Tasting Note:
Absolutely irresistible, this wine has the classic Belsham signature of texture and interesting layers of flavour. Aged for 3 months on lees to add depth and dimension, expressions of ripe stone fruit, tree ripened Key lime, wild alpine herbs and wet stone harmonize with pitch perfect acidity and a long, creamy finish.
