Cellared for five years prior to release, the 2012 Dry Riesling is decidedly focused and finely textured; perfectly capturing the stony vineyard in which it grows.

Aromas of citrus blossom and ripe nectarine fill the glass whilst flavours of white peach, lime and wet stone flavours are accented with a slight hint of fennel. The focused length and fresh acidity makes this wine extremely versatile.
